In the case of Doreen Williams, her daughter, Karen, says she feels an injustice has been done.
The doctors’ union stood firmly behind their man, Dr. Tariq Rahman, and ruled there was no malpractice or incompetence involved.
The coroner ruled that there had been failures in Mrs. Williams’ care. If action had been taken, there would have been a 50% chance of recovery.
But the glass was seen 50% empty…
