In recent months there has been a flurry of judicial activity in relation to DNAR CPR including cases in the Court of Protection and claims for compensation for inappropriate usage.

At this seminar we will consider the issues arising, including what to do when doctors and patients’ family disagree, reviews of DNAR CPR, the Liverpool Care Pathway, application of advance directives and the judicial approach.

Case studies will be considered and audience participation warmly welcomed.
