Liverpool Care Pathway – A Reprehensible Practice

Whatever it is, six months later, it is still going on, despite being 'looked at'.

Raymond S. Jackson has started an e-petition -
"The practice of sending frail and bemused elderly patients home from hospital late at night is uncivilised and an afront to their dignity. Such a practice is more akin to the movement of animals than to human beings and should be banned throughout the NHS with immediate effect."
